The assistant on this site

The chat on our homepage is an AI assistant. It answers from a short description of what we do and the prices on this page. What you type is sent to our server and to Anthropic, the company whose model powers it, to generate a reply. We do not store the conversation after the reply is sent, and we do not use it to train anything. Don't type anything you would not say to a stranger at a counter. If you ask whether you're talking to a person, it will tell you that you're not.

Text messages

If you text us, we reply from the same number. We only send marketing texts to people who have given written consent, and you can stop them at any time by replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply. We never sell or share your number.

What we collect

• Your name, phone number, and what you tell us, when you text, call, or email us.
• Ordinary web server logs, which include your IP address and browser, kept briefly for security.
• Nothing from cookies. This site sets none for tracking.

What we don't collect

We never ask for Social Security numbers, dates of birth, health details, or card numbers by text or chat, and our forms don't have fields for them.

Your choices

Our clients' customers

When we run an assistant for a business, the messages belong to that business and live in their account. Their privacy policy governs them, and they can take the data with them if they leave us.
